The street facade view remains unchanged. We touched most rooms by adding rich layers of furniture, textiles, furnishings, and window treatments resulting in a sophisticated home for both parents and kids.

- [Old Kid on the Block](https://interiormatter.com/portfolio/old-kid-on-the-block/) - We took a very large, traditional townhouse in Kalorama and modernized it through unifying, monochromatic paint and furnishings allowing the artwork to pop. Ornate moldings and fireplaces were celebrated but not highlighted to allow for more modern living. Custom draperies throughout softened the look providing a warm home in which to entertain.

We injected soul into this modern box.

We united the spaces and created a classic, modern environment for tenants. We designed the amenity spaces and model units in concert with the brand and target market.
