Muse You Can Use

Hi there,

It was only a month ago that we sent an email about our Design During Distancing process.  We weren’t sure if anyone would be ready to work with us during this pandemic, but some of you did, and we thank you!  And thanks for forwarding our emails. We have a fun present: a couple who thought “I wish you were nicer” about their condo, engaged us in a residential transformation, so here are some snaps of our progress.

The goal was to maximize storage and functionality in this compact one-bedroom condo while incorporating two separate work environments, an ethanol fireplace, a new kitchen, a dining area, a media space, and live & play space for our clients’ cat. Meow!

With client photos, video calls, and virtual modeling, we accomplished quite a bit on this project without ever stepping foot inside. Here is our digitally rendered progress:

Dining Area: Existing (Left) and Digital Rendering (Right)

Living Area: Existing (Left) and Digital Rendering (Right)

Kitchen: Existing (Left) and Digital Rendering (Right)

We feel confident that our clients will exclaim, “we absolutely love you” about their new space once our team gets inside to execute these plans. And hopefully this gives you some ideas, in case you’re thinking about your own environment.

We hope you and those around you are safe and healthy. We really do.

PS: Another shameless plug for the cause we’ve been supporting — if you feel inclined, please donate $25 to Feeding America. They ensure that kids who relied on school lunches don’t go hungry due to the closures. We are grateful!
