01 Pre-Listing Design Strategy Session
Fee: $595
A focused onsite session that helps your seller prioritize the improvements with the greatest return — and skip the ones that won’t move the needle. You bring a sharper, faster-moving listing to market; your seller feels guided rather than guessing.
Includes: 90-minute onsite walkthrough · prioritized, high- impact recommendations · guidance on paint, lighting, layout flow, and styling · a concise written follow-up.
02 Buyer Vision Consultation
Fee: $795
An onsite consultation that helps your buyer see what a home could become — its layout, renovation, and furnishing potential — so they can move forward with conviction. Especially powerful for the client weighing a home with great bones.
Includes: 2-hour onsite consultation · design and renovation direction · layout and functionality guidance · furnishing and spatial planning · a concise written follow-up.

03 Full-Service Design
When your client is ready to make the home their own, Interior Matter takes it from there — a fully managed, turnkey experience spanning renovation and finishes, furnishings, custom millwork, procurement, and installation oversight.
